As always, courteous service and efficient.

My battery died in my 2022 Colorado. I jump started it and drove directly to Bensons Chevrolet. They took my truck without an appointment, put in the new battery and i was on my way in about 20 minutes. The service people there at friendly, accommodating and top notch!

Benson’s service department are my heros. I parked my pickup in my driveway for six months and arrived with a dead battery and other issues. I presented my hurting vehicle to Joe and John at Bensons and in two days I was back on the road. Not only did they do a great job servicing my truck, but the bill was completely reasonable. These guys are pros and I would never have anyone service my 21 year old truck but Bensons. Many thanks and great job!

This is the second truck I have bought from Bensons. I really appreciate the low pressure approach and no playing games. It is so much different than the large dealers that are taking over the industry.

I was very pleased with the process and especially Bob Lewis. I was however disappointed that the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual - so I am in the process of trying to purchase one. The on-line manual is OK, but not helpful if I am on the road (even with internet access). I don't even know what the maintenance schedule I should follow. So that is something I need to find out. And I was disappointed that the rubber mats were not included. I am purchasing those to protect the inside of the vehicle. Definitely surprised that a GM tow package was not an option. Very available with other vehicles.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my schedule change and focused on my safety when the weather turned bad.

We had a bunch of codes pop up. So we called and y'all saved the day. You got us in to the shop and diagnosed one of the most pressing issue, oil leak and the cause. I tell everyone your the best bar none!!

My car was taken in earlier than scheduled. They made a recommendation which I accepted. Service was done in a timely manner and I was out of there. There is a nice waiting area with a TV.

Staff and technicians were courteous; they went out of their way to find a time to fit me into the schedule and completed the work correctly and in a timely manner.

The service department was very supportive and helpful. The car was ready on time. Originally I was just having a tire change over but then discovered that I needed an oil change which they said they could do. During that time they discovered the I needed filters changed. They called me and asked if wanted them to replace them. I agreed.

Benson's has provided consistent service for my Acadia. I appreciate that when I call in, I know that Joe or Rich are typically who I get to speak to. They always take the time to listen to what is going on with my vehicle, and are quick to find a slot for the mechanics to take a look at the car.
